"Holistic techniques that are practical for each day are incorporated in a way that encourages one to embrace & employ the suggestions. Amy makes a beginner learn to love yoga by positive teaching and an enjoyable, relaxing environment."

"The class at Tamaqua Community Art Center is quite relaxing, non-stressful & enjoyable. Amy is a great instructor who does not try to force people to do anything that is beyond their ability. If you have a physical problem that makes certain things difficult for you, Amy will adjust the postures to suit your needs. We have been taking classes for over a year and finding we are more relaxed in situations that previously were stressful for us. We would recommend this class for any one, any age, who would like to improve their health and well being."
"I do enjoy attending your yoga class on Monday at the TCAC. I find that practice with the group is beneficial, as compared to practice on my own. The environment is quiet, calming, and good for me to re-connect with my inner peace. At home, I struggle to find time and peace. The practice has also helped me to feel stronger and deal with daily life stresses through deep breathing and mind focus. I am a yoga believer!!! I hope my body and schedule continues to allow me to benefit from the practice and maybe even another day added, at TCAC."
